My Personal Statement on Mental Health for the Gifted

My clients describe me as friendly, open-minded, and positive. I draw from your strengths and meet you where you are without judgement. I value working with gifted individuals to listen, support, and offer insight with motivation, perfectionism, discipline, peer relations, sibling relations, hypersensitivity, communication of feelings, multipotentiality, and parent relationships. I work with those 18+ academic distress; loss and grief (including pet loss); ecodistress (climate-based distress); brain-injury; perfectionism; anxiety; life transition; relationships; twice-exceptionality/neurodiversity; career planning; wellness; & more. I live the country in Union County, OH and offer in-person appointments at my Columbus office near OSU campus, as well as telehealth and ‘walk & talk’ sessions where we set up a place to meet and walk together during out appointment. I welcome individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and interests and value a flexible worldview. Everyone deserves to feel seen, safe, and healthy. Schedule a free-15 minute phone counseling consultation. Discounted sessions are offered for students/educators/military/farmers (including retired). I’m here for you
